We deadass, in fact, have food at home

Ain’t that somethin, I’m already making a part 2 of this?

Momma wasn’t lying, we have food at home. I have so many recipes ready for yall, but when I tell you that I straight up could not be bothered to buy anything today, I mean it. These are all leftover ingredients from recipes I’ll post later on, but for right now, this is somethin to at least make the tummy happy. Some of these ingredients you can substitute for if you want. In all honesty, it’s one of my more healthier recipes on this website, so there’s a lot more wiggle-room if you want it to be macro-friendly.

Also I’ma be real I did not make the spanakopita or red beans and rice, as again, we got food at home. In addition to that, if the Kafta patties look a little off in the picture, it’s because I had more lamb than beef, didn’t have fresh parsley, and ran out of lamb half way through.

Finally, incase you can’t tell, these are more of a joke post.

Ingredients :

Kafta Patty Seasoning and Additions

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp ground allspice
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 small minced onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lbs lean ground beef and lamb
  • 1 tbsp feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp tzatziki
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 small naan flatbreads

Spanakopita:

  • 4 pieces of “Taste of Inspirations Spanakopita – 12 ct Frozen” ( THEY CAN’T BE STOPPED πŸ¦…πŸ’―πŸ€―πŸ—£οΈπŸ”₯β‰οΈπŸ«˜πŸ—ΏπŸ’€πŸ—£οΈπŸ₯Ά)

Red Beans and Rice:

  • Goya Rice & Red Beans Seasoned Rice, 7 oz (MY GOOOOOOAT πŸ—£οΈβ‰οΈπŸ’―πŸ—£οΈπŸ”₯πŸ—£οΈπŸ”₯πŸ’―πŸ¦…β‰οΈπŸ¦…)

Tips:

  • VERY IMPORTANT:
    • Believe in yourself :D
    • But nah seriously why do I be buying all this bs. I do it for the love of the game BUT THE GAME DOESN’T LOVE ME. WHAT DO I DO? WHAT DO I DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

      Anyways, les get started

Steps:

Meat

  • Step 1: In a bowl, mix in your ground meats, seasonings, and minced onion. Be sure to form them in the shape of a patty.
  • Step 2: On a pan over medium heat, apply olive oil and wait for it to get hot. Place your patties and cook them for at least 3-4 minutes on each side (a total of 7-8 minutes).

Spanakopita:

  • Step 1: Follow the instructions on the box twin. For me though, I airbaked them at 325Β°F for 12 minutes

Red Beans and Rice:

  • Step 1: It’s on the box. Trust me I believe in you.
